working principle:
The vibration motor of the SC series vertical vibration hoist is installed in the lower part of the conveyor tower. The two vibration motors are symmetrically cross-mounted. The conveyor tower consists of a pipe body and a spiral conveying groove welded around the pipe body. The conveyor tower is mounted on the vibration damping device. The damping device is composed of a base and a vibration isolating spring. When the vertical conveyor is working, according to the self-synchronization principle of the double vibration motor, the vibration force is generated by the vibration motor, forcing the entire conveying tower body to perform spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and vertical vertical motion, and the material in the spiral groove is received by the conveying trough. The function is to make a circular motion of uniform throwing and move upward along the conveying trough body, thereby completing the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material.
